University of Halabja Offers Free "Zankoline" Form Filling Services for 12th-Grade Graduates

With the aim of serving 12th-grade graduates and providing the necessary guidelines for filling out the Zankoline form, the Halabja University Advisory Center commenced its activities today, Sunday, September 20, 2026. At the center, several experienced individuals, specialists, and academic staff—including university lecturers and employees—sincerely consult with the students, complete their forms, and provide the essential information to ensure they do not encounter any complications.

​To mark the launch of their activities, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ranjdar Mohammed Aziz, the University Vice President for Student Affairs, visited the center. He expressed his thanks and appreciation to the staff and requested that full support be provided to the students in completing their application forms.

​The center will operate on campus for a period of 10 days, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, to fill out forms and offer crucial guidance. It will also assist in resolving any issues or difficulties during the application process, such as providing or recovering Usernames and Passwords in case of loss, returning to any stage of the application process the student desires, and offering comprehensive information and guidelines regarding evening study programs for interested students.
