University of Halabja: Conclusion of the Student Camp

On Thursday, September 17, 2026, the student camp ceremony concluded with the participation of several universities, including Al-Iraqia, Imam Ja'far Al-Sadiq, Anbar, Al-Ma'arif, Fallujah, and Tikrit. The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Sirwan Hamid Ahmed (Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs), Assist. Prof. Dr. Halgurd Ali (Vice President for Scientific Affairs and Higher Education), Assist. Prof. Dr. Ako Ibrahim (Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences), Mr. Bahaaddin Mohammed (Director of the Career Development Center), alongside faculty members and students.

​At the beginning of the ceremony, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ranjdar Mohammed Aziz, Vice President for Student Affairs, delivered a welcoming speech. He highlighted the significance of such activities and thanked the university's Career Development Center for organizing the event. Subsequently, representatives from the participating universities delivered speeches expressing their appreciation for the camp's successful execution and emphasized the need to expand upon these types of initiatives.

​At the end of the ceremony, honorary shields were awarded to the university representatives and the participating students.

​Following the event, the representatives of the visiting universities met with Prof. Dr. Bamo Parwezkhan, President of Halabja University, where they received a warm welcome. During the meeting, the University President discussed the importance of fostering relationships between universities through these activities, expressing his hope that these connections will be further developed in the future to serve our society and country.
