University of Halabja Introduces Psychological and Social Counseling Center

In the presence of the President of Halabja University, Prof. Dr. Bamo Parwizkhan, the Vice President of the University for Student Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ranjdar Mohammed Aziz, and a number of university lecturers, the opening of the Psychological and Social Counseling Center at Halabja University was introduced today, Sunday, May 17, 2026, at the University's Central Library Hall. At the beginning, the Vice President for Student Affairs delivered a speech highlighting the role and importance of this center and outlining its future duties and responsibilities. Following this, the Dean of the center, Dr. Niyaz Mohammed Fattah, gave a speech thanking the attendees, explaining the reasons for establishing the center at this time, and subsequently presenting the results of a survey conducted within the university.
